Kohen Terms of Service

• Execute trades;
• Guarantee profits;
• Guarantee trading success.

All content is provided solely for educational purposes.

Any trading decisions you make using your own brokerage account are entirely your responsibility.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing within Kohen should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

Past performance, historical market examples, replay scenarios, analytics, coaching feedback, and journal insights do not guarantee future results.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activity under your account;
• Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access.

You may not share accounts with other individuals.

5. Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law;
• Interfere with platform security;
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service;
• Scrape or copy our scenario library;
• Share proprietary training content publicly;
• Upload malicious software;
• Impersonate another user;
• Abuse or exploit the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Kohen—including but not limited to:

• Software;
• Replay scenarios;
• Training materials;
• Coaching content;
• Graphics;
• Branding;
• Videos;
• Written materials;
• Analytics;
• Journal generation;

is owned by Kohen unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, resold, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. AI Features

Kohen may use artificial intelligence to generate educational feedback, reflections, journal summaries, and coaching insights.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

Users should exercise independent judgment and should not rely solely on AI-generated feedback when making financial decisions.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including journal entries, notes, and reflections.

By submitting content, you grant Kohen a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your personal journal entries.

10. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security updates, or events outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kohen and its owners shall not be liable for:
